Episode Context

Sitting just past the quarter mark of 24 episodes, this installment processes the fallout from Yahiro's party in Episode 6, where Hikari gained new insight into Kei's feelings, making it a crucial emotional pivot point. The episode bridges the early-season status quo of pure rivalry comedy into deeper romantic territory. It also sets the stage for the S.A. group's upcoming vacation arc starting in Episode 8, which introduces new characters and accelerates relationship development across the cast.
