Episode Context

After Episode 11 shifted attention toward Hikari and Tadashi's interactions, Episode 12 recalibrates the central focus squarely onto Hikari and Kei's evolving relationship at the season's halfway mark. It functions as a pivotal bridge episode, deepening their emotional connection and raising the stakes for the second half of the 24-episode run. The groundwork laid here, particularly around vulnerability and trust, sets the stage for more significant romantic developments in the episodes ahead.
