my heart is actually breaking for poor baby crona. the way they animated the backstory looked a little silly but the underlying emotional abuse is so sad. medusa and ragnarok are just so incredibly mean.... my poor baby

while the psychological exploration of crona's traumatic upbringing is compelling, maka's excessive dialogue during critical moments completely breaks immersion. her current rationalizations make absolutely no logical sense.

crona is so silly and dumb i love them so much and medusa is purely evil for what she did to crona. i am so confused right now though, what the fuck is maka even talking about anymore?
