Slight Fever Syndrome
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Working as a nurse on a private college campus, Mizuki counsels students and teachers, which sounds straightforward until you realize just how much people are willing to confess when they feel safe. Session after session, she listens to intimate secrets, hidden desires, and erotic confessions from the people around her, and keeping a professional distance becomes harder with every visit. The premise leans into the tension between her role as a composed, trusted figure and the very human way all of that starts to get to her. It's a 2-episode OVA from 1997, adapted from manga, so it's short and focused — no padding, no filler. The appeal here isn't just the explicit content; there's a character-driven thread running through it about how proximity to other people's desires changes you. If you've watched something like Omiai Aite wa Oshiego, Tsuyoki na, Mondaiji or Amai Choubatsu: Watashi wa Kanshu Senyou Pet and appreciated when hentai actually bothers to build a character before things escalate, this fits that same niche. It's rooted in an academic setting that creates a natural sense of taboo without feeling forced. Don't go in expecting a deep psychological drama, but if you want something with a bit more personality and internal conflict than average for the genre, Binetsu Shoukougun delivers that in a compact, self-contained package.
