Being put to be a instructor to a trio of oddballs, Kanata sure has quite a fair amount of work ahead of him. With a bit more of an exposition about the world and its characters, this episode is better than the previous one, and personally, I believe would have worked better as a first episode, at the very least would make for a better first impression.
