This episode hits a bit harder as the war starts affecting everything. You can really feel Kikuhiko struggling while Shin moves ahead. It’s simple but emotional, and you start to see how rakugo slowly becomes something important to him.

I felt the scenes more raw, with emotions and two of the rivals Yakumo and Sukeroku in the phase of struggle. There was tension build up in characters which makes this episode more memorable.

Sukeroku just owns the stage here—it’s effortless, and you can feel Yakumo noticing that gap more and more. Their bond is strong, but there’s a quiet rivalry forming. A bit slow in parts, but the tension underneath is real 👀
