The animation and soundtrack do a great job of accentuating the heavy melodrama, making the mounting despair feel incredibly real. It is a gripping, highly necessary chapter that successfully strips away the safe comfort zone of the sports genre to lay the emotional groundwork for a true reckoning.
Wow, a new conflict arise! I love how they hinted a bit by bit the issues in the plot from the previous episodes and let it explode here. The emotions was a lot to process, along with the problem within their friendship, it was nervewracking. Though, it also felt as if it was a jealous lover quarrel!👀
They're putting estrogen in the water again! When did my sports show devolve into a soap opera. What a pointless episode this was. Unwarranted drama with needless exposition, truly the writers thought they were cooking with this one. The wide open shot of the school with the same wonky models shambling to their classes must be a motif for this show at this point.
