Episode Context

Sitting at the two-thirds mark of the 64-episode run, 'Spirit of Sword' follows the explosive team battles against Hana-Gumi and pivots toward deeper personal stakes and lineage revelations for Yoh. It serves as a critical bridge episode, escalating internal and external conflicts before the upcoming 'Battle of Gods' arc introduces even more powerful shamans and raises the Shaman Fight's complexity significantly.
