EPISODE REVIEWS
Shirley’s death was painful; Rum felt deep sorrow but also comfort knowing her mistress called to her at the end. I hope she returns, as losing her would be a waste. Kate’s hollin powers are impressive, and I’m excited to learn more about this dark, fascinating world.
BRO this episode feels cursed in the most lowkey way. Nothing is screaming at you, but EVERYTHING feels slightly wrong. It’s like smiling politely while your brain is going “nah something’s off.” The show really said “let’s make discomfort an aesthetic.”
the finale of the debut arc is everything. kate finally stepping up, the animation on her soot powers? chills. you could feel the weight of everything coming down to this moment. they made it. but the real danger is just beginning. 🌅
