I almost skipped this one because the posters looked way too cutesy for me, but that ghost girl stealing onigiri as offerings is actually hilarious. The narrator getting mad or acting super hyped up about how adorable she is was such a nice touch. It balances out the depressing office vibes when the little spirit is just trying her best to help

This feels like Senko san but with a ghost instead of a fox and you just feel so much better watching these two interact after a long day

That poor woman working late in an empty office is way too real and seeing her get pampered by a tiny ghost makes you want to cry because it is so sweet

I thought the little ghost typing leave on the computer screen was the cutest thing ever and seeing her try to scare that poor lady away from work made me so happy

The internal conflict Shirai feels between being a competent manager and her own hidden loneliness makes the spicy scenes feel earned and Ootsu is a total jerk for how he handles her

The quality of the animation during the actual encounter was really high for an OVA and Ootsu flipping the script on Io like that was such a wild turn

I am still trying to figure out how much of that ending was actually happening and how much was just in her head because the dream sequence was so blurry and confusing

Watching Io maintain her composure as a manager while clearly falling apart inside is great, and the way Ootsu takes advantage of that professional mask during the encounter was crazy.

The mature vibe is such a nice change and seeing an older female lead like Shirai deal with her repressed desires through Ootsu is way more interesting than the usual high school stuff

That power harassment plot point felt so forced and Ootsu acting like a victim just to do those things to his boss made the whole scene feel gross

I feel so bad for Io because she works so hard and has no love life at all but that scene where Ootsu starts acting up is exactly what she wanted deep down

The way she tries to be professional while being lonely makes the transition to the explicit stuff hit so much harder and Ootsu is such a menace for flipping the power harassment thing on her

I actually felt so sorry for Shirai Io because being a 33 year old virgin manager sounds like a nightmare for anyone. It makes sense why she would retreat into these intense fantasies about her handsome subordinate Ootsu. Seeing her professional facade crumble when he turned her offer of help into something so sexual and dark was intense.

It gets weird with the goon dreaming stuff since you can barely tell what is real but the corporate setting makes the tension feel more grounded than most other adult titles

seeing the little ghost try to look scary while she was actually being helpful was adorable and this show is going to be so comfy

Watching Fushihara slave away at her desk was depressing, but Yuurei-chan showing up with that tiny cup of tea made everything better

that record room ghost giving a massage was the most precious thing and it actually made the office setting feel less miserable for once

I just want to give that little ghost girl a hug because she is way too sweet and I felt so bad seeing her try to scare Fushihara just to make her go home

You can tell there is a lot of effort put into making Shirai feel like a real person with actual problems and her interaction with Ootsu at the end of the day was what stayed with me most because it showed how much she needed that connection after being a strict boss for so long and the art style really suits the mature tone
