Sex Warrior Pudding
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Don't let the cozy dining atmosphere fool you — behind it is a secret Earth defense organization staffed entirely by waitresses who transform into fighters using emotion-based powers. That's the actual setup here. Shuta gets handed the manager role at his dad's restaurant, A la Mode, and discovers the girl he's been crushing on, Purin, is already working there. Things start out like a typical wish-fulfillment fantasy, but then the curtain gets pulled back: the whole restaurant is a front for the Earth Defense Organization, and the waitresses are warriors who harness something called Kokoro-energy — power drawn from emotional connection — to fight off a villainous group called the Libido-Kingdom. It's a 3-episode OVA from 2004, so it moves fast and keeps things self-contained. The magical girl transformation angle is played completely straight, which gives it a weird charm alongside the adult content. If you've seen Mahou Shoujo Ai or La Blue Girl, you already know the genre this sits in — that blend of sentai/magical girl aesthetics with hentai content. Bible Black has a similar tone in terms of taking its own premise seriously rather than playing it purely for laughs. The power system being rooted in emotional energy is a genuinely interesting concept that a longer series could have done a lot with. Don't go in expecting deep storytelling, but as a short adult OVA with an oddly earnest sci-fi premise underneath, it delivers exactly what it sets out to do.
