There's also Dr. Hideyuki Waka in the mix, which adds a layer of genuine tension to her situation beyond just the explicit content. This 2-episode OVA from Y.O.U.C. leans into the hospital setting more than you might expect — Satsuki actually has some character depth to her, and the drama around her fumbling attempts to do her job gives the story a bit of grounding between its more explicit moments.
