That setup sounds mundane, but things go somewhere much darker when a mysterious anonymous email lands in his inbox, and his already-wandering thoughts start curdling into something genuinely unsettling. This 2-episode OVA from T-Rex, based on a visual novel, does not soften what it is — the tone is dark, the content is explicit, and the power dynamics on display are the whole point. The hospital setting keeps everything confined and claustrophobic, which adds a psychological edge that separates it from more straightforward entries in the genre. The character designs lean toward realism, and the animation holds up well for a 2009 production. If you've watched Night Shift Nurses or Chinetsu Karte and know what you're getting into with that corner of hentai OVAs, this sits comfortably in that same territory.
