Kotaro dedicating a task to himself is amazing, but I'm even more shocked that Usaida was comfortable letting him handle the task on his own (with undercover supervision). Sums up the kind of baby Kotaro is I suppose.

Chukichi really did a good job taking care of his siblings. All of them respect and admire him, which irl might be rare, but it's interesting to see. AND the scene of Kotaro's first errand, TOO CUTE! Ryu is very lucky to have a baby brother like Kotaro.

Episode Context

At the halfway mark of its 12-episode run, Episode 6 builds on the character groundwork laid in earlier episodes by expanding the cast's family dynamics and giving Kotarou meaningful individual development beyond his relationship with Ryuuichi. Previous episodes established the babysitting club's core group and interpersonal bonds; this one deepens those connections while introducing Nezu's brothers to widen the show's emotional scope. It sets the stage for the second half of the season, where these evolving relationships and the children's growing independence become central threads.
