I had more fun than I expected. The pacing flies like a lot is happening. And you can really tell the dated graphics but the animation is solid for this kind of genre. The goofy fish-out-of-water tone lands more often than it misses too, and It's packed with chaotic first impressions. Actually, I liked it. So, I'd give this opener a shot.

The beginning was already very entertaining. I really enjoyed seeing Yoichi's talent with the sword right from the start. The episode had a funny and lighthearted atmosphere, which made it easy to watch. It was a nice introduction to the characters and made me interested in seeing more.

Amazing start! The protagonist's discipline, strength, and skills made a great first impression. The comedy was on point, especially the mall scene, which was hilarious. I loved how kind and helpful he is. A perfect opening that instantly got me hooked.
