yeah, he is definitely playing his cards very good. It is interesting but not gonna lie, i feel like all this arc of "Ukyo emperor" was so pulled out of the sleeve, maybe if we had gotten clues or references since the begining, it wouldn´t feel forced as it feels right now, shout out for Katsushiro, he became a man.

What a slave, I hate when humans who should protect the people are protecting only their bossess instead of the civilians who badly needs protection. There is something that's about to unravel and it will be difficult to counter it, as the defense.

This is one emotionally charged episode, from scene to scene, I feel like the writer wants us to have a rollercoaster of emotion, especially that ending where it's gone from the reunion scene to the argument scene between the samurais. I do understand where Kanbei was coming from, but I do think that it's completely realistic of what Katsushiro was doing, especially since he seemed to not be an adult just yet, a novice samurai at that. But I do like that despite how tense the episode is, the anime still injects comedy into it, like I'm sorry Ayamaro, what are you doing there during that very tear jerking scene?! Lol
