Saban's Adventures of the Little Mermaid

In the depths of the ocean, Marina, a mermaid, feels isolated and longs for the world above. Seeking a change, she seeks out a sea witch and makes a deal. The witch grants Marina a magic whistle, allowing her to transform between her mermaid and human forms. Now able to walk on land, Marina encounters and falls in love with a prince. However, her newfound happiness is threatened by the sea witch, who continues to be a looming presence.
