Travel episodes can be a bit of a slog, but seeing Aoshi show up at the dojo to grill Megumi was cold as ice. The contrast between the peaceful road and the tension brewing back home keeps it interesting. Kenshin's blue travel gear looks sharp.

Road trip kick in hard with some surprise encounters and forest drama. The animation on those sword slaps so good It’s a nice break from the gloom of the previous episode. The road to Kyoto is definitely going to be a wild ride.
