EP 3 keeps the momentum strong, delivering the team’s first real training run, solid character comedy, and the introduction of a new motivator. It balances humour, exhaustion, and subtle tension while planting seeds for future conflict. The team is messy, reluctant, and lovable.

Training begins, and the struggle feels real. Not everyone is athletic, which makes the story more grounded.

Episode 3 really focuses on getting the team to commit. The reality of running seriously starts to hit, and not everyone’s ready for it. The mix of humor and struggle works great, and you can feel the group slowly starting to come together.
