Episode 3 successfully maintains the series' excitement momentum by expanding the spectrum of otaku culture it features. While the previous episode was heavily steeped in a robot/hero anime vibe, this time the story takes us deeper into a different subculture through the introduction of a highly eccentric new character. The presence of this new element brings a very fresh dynamic and color to the protagonist team.
