Ruins Seeker

For the first time in over 500 years, someone enters a dungeon called Heaven's Ladder — and that someone is Quem. Within minutes of arriving, a shadowy creature curses her — and not in a subtle way. Monsters are now drawn to her specifically, which makes dungeon exploration significantly more complicated. The curse comes with a cryptic invitation to go deeper and find whatever is waiting at the top. So now she has to push forward, teaming up with another adventurer named Vise, because the only way out is apparently through. This 2-episode OVA from studio Majin is based on a fantasy RPG of the same name, and it carries that game's dungeon-crawler energy into its story — ancient ruins, monster encounters, a mystery layered into the architecture of the dungeon itself. The tone is adventure-meets-erotica, so if you already know you enjoy titles like Dungeon Travelers 2 or Omega Labyrinth Life, this sits comfortably in that same space. It does not pretend to be anything other than what it is. The fantasy setting is genuinely built out — Heaven's Ladder has history and atmosphere — which gives the lewder elements some actual context to exist in rather than just floating in a void. Two episodes, contained story, clear premise. If monster-filled dungeons and cursed heroines navigating ancient ruins sounds like your thing, it delivers on that.
