This episode had a fast pace, but it was quite entertaining. Robi's personality made for a lot of fun moments, while Hachi's mysterious character kept me curious. I found the story very interesting and it made me want to see what happens next.
Episode 1 does a great job introducing the weird and chaotic energy that defines RobiHachi. Robby Yarge, a perpetually unlucky man drowning in debt, finds himself constantly pursued by a persistent debt collector named Yang. Just when things seem hopeless, he encounters Hatchi Kita, an overly cheerful young man whose optimism feels almost suspicious. Their meeting quickly spirals into an absurd chain of events that sends them on a journey toward the legendary planet Isekandar. What stood out most was how naturally the comedy flowed from the contrast between Robby's cynicism and Hatchi's endless positivity. The episode feels like a parody of classic space adventure anime, but it never becomes mean-spirited or overly reliant on references. Instead, it focuses on entertaining character interactions and ridiculous situations. By the end, the unlikely partnership between Robby and Hatchi feels established enough to carry the series forward, while the mystery surrounding Hatchi keeps things interesting. It was a fun and energetic opening episode that prioritizes humor and chemistry over plot depth.
