Following their triumph over Black Shaft's Team America, the Golden Japan Jr. boxing team resumes training, anticipating the upcoming World Tournament to be held in Tokyo. Their preparations are abruptly halted when the Shadow Clan, a group employing boxing as a lethal assassination technique, targets them. The Shadow Clan orchestrates the kidnapping of Kiku, using her as bait to lure Ryuuji and the rest of the Golden Japan Jr. team into a confrontation. This conflict serves as a test to determine which group of junior boxers truly represents the pinnacle of Japanese boxing prowess. The stage is set for a clash between the established Golden Japan Jr. and the shadowy assassins.
