It’s a really great anime!
It’s liberating for the characters to ride this ride back, so it’s undeniably right to fight back against perpetrators who wanted to tarnish their and used their love in ride back. This fight the real mvp is Fuego! I love how there’s no romantic usual relationship, just pure vengeance and friendship. This is really great anime.
I love the chess symbolism, they really are fighting piece by piece with a terrible price. This is an exciting episode, I love how things are about to get down. Fight to the end! The graphics are really out and open, it’s brutal but this is reality, I believe.
I was going to say this in the last episode's review, but I'll say it here instead. I absolutely love the new outfit Rin is rocking, even though it didn't last long. It feels way more practical than her old dress. Like girl, I get it, it's cute and your body is tea... but you're riding a war machine?? 😭 I'd say go watch this and enjoy every moment. The machine battles are so addicting to watch, full-on CGI goodness!
Full-on buildup right here, just as expected. I love everything about this episode: the setup, the quiet before the storm, the tense atmosphere... knowing they're about to go all out soon. 💥💥
Well... THAT was unexpected. Shock therapy indeed. I had a feeling something like this was going to happen, but as sad as it was, it did a great job pushing the story forward. It adds even more conflict and leaves me excited to see how everything unfolds.
Things slow down here, giving us a chance to breathe before the end. It's refreshing to see another side of Tamayo. She really does have a soft spot after all. 😅
Expect a lot of worldbuilding... and even more worldbuilding here. It definitely pushes the story forward. What to expect? Clashes between factions and political battles. It honestly feels like I'm watching a war-themed show. Very explosive episode! 💥💥
Things escalate even more here... like, wow, I honestly wasn't expecting it. Can't really say much without spoiling things, but I really dig the music and cinematography throughout the episode. Also, a certain character finally showed up, and I'd been wondering when he'd make his appearance.
Regret and doubt... yeah, that's pretty much the theme of this episode. I honestly felt bad for Rin. Ms. Megumi is such a badass, I knew it from the start. There are some really dark moments here that I did not expect, so consider yourself warned.
Not sure what took me so long, but I love how consistent the animation in this show has been so far. The plot became much more serious than I expected, and to think our main cast are still so young while getting involved in a national-level conflict is something else.
