I think this is a filler. If you want to watch it, it’s really up to you. It can be something to pass the time, or you can just skip it since it's kind of confusing whether it's related to the story or not. I watched it anyway because I was curious.

If i could give a zero to this chapter I would. It's filler, skip it. 80% of the episode is a dream that bears no importance to the story.
