That ending of the last moment literally said "SIKE," and it caught me off guard completely. It was also nice to see Etoh pull up with his whole squad. Overall, pretty good anime if you can ignore Spark; the storyline is great, and Parn's arc is arguably better. The animation isn't half bad for its time and is actually pretty amusing in some of the scenes.

If I had a cent for every time Spark yelled "NEESE", I'd have a decent number of cents. Again, it's pretty clear Spark hasn't learnt his lesson and jumps straight into battle without any thinking at all. Even after bro thinks of a plan, it's STILL to rush the enemy; in my opinion, not very creative.

Oh my god, I see why they used to say Parn and Spark are similar, hot-headed, and make really questionable decisions. It's quite clear what they need to be doing, but nope, Parn has to go on a little side quest to settle scores with an old adversary. It's also a little frustrating that it could've been settled with a simple conversation but NOPE.

I mean, the logic and reasoning of the grey witch sound pretty decent for what she plans to be doing, but ofc the good has to prevail. It was also amazing to see Shiris back in action again.

Just when you thought Spark was getting a little better, he has caused the whole group to deal with unnecessary trouble again. But the tactics used by the Grey witch were certainly interesting to watch. It was also great to see an old friend!

Everyone should literally be moving towards Marmo and having the chat they had on the way. It's a little frustrating how certain characters need to be brought up to speed about the happenings in detail when the viewer already knows what's going on.

How these people have so much faith in Spark is beyond me, bro literally failed all three of his missions and betrayed the King. Still, the fact that Spark hasn't lost it and run away to Neese shows a considerable amount of growth on his end.

The initial bit looked like everything was going mighty well. King Kahsue really was working overtime. This eventually led to the banquet plus the dance party that had everyone with their guard down. Hyped for the next few episodes to see how this goes down.

Wow, really took Spark a decent amount of time to realise that Neese can hold her ground and fight, cuz she's already covered their asses a bunch of times. I'm unsure why she suddenly had to beg to help them instead of just being the girlboss she is.

Much better than the last one because it finally looks like Spark is getting the hang of what he needs to do. The advice that Parn gave him is also finally helping Spark make these decisions. The fight scene with the metal-claws guy was low-key hilarious, though.

Spark really did piss me off badly this episode; he took way too much time to make a decision, and it was gonna cost him dearly. To be completely honest, anyone on his crew would be a better leader than Spark himself. Neese (literally a child btw) makes better decisions and knows what she has to do than this supposedly full-grown man.

The tension is picking up quite a bit, and I'm honestly not that surprised the king had so little faith in Spark. This episode was fairly interesting, and it sets up the next episode well too. The chase from the soldier was funny enough to get a chuckle out of me.

Finally, we have a chance to witness a person worse than Spark when it comes to wits. Rabido really had me annoyed. Also absolutely love a man who self-introspects. This episode had me rather pleasantly surprised and slightly annoyed.

This episode was fairly uninteresting due to it being a repeat of things that the viewers already know about, but the characters apparently don't, besides Neese and Aldo. We also got a peek into how Deed and Parn are doing; besides, the new characters look quite interesting too.

Right at the start, we're fortunate enough to witness Spark running into battle without a single thought in the world. This episode was fairly decent; the action was on point, and some of the characters surprised me with their skills. We also had the opportunity to witness another side of Spark, which I would've rather not witnessed.

We spent a decent chunk of this episode trying to figure out what's going on with Ryna and Garrack, which was honestly not that interesting. The humour falls a bit flat for me, but I suppose they at least tried with it. Don't know why Spark was worrying about the battlefield when he's literally entrusted with the task of saving the world; he really is a weirdo.

Sparks' character is lowkey kinda annoying; he jumps to conclusions, hesitates at the most crucial moments, doesn't seem to say the right things and is generally hotheaded. Other than that, the plot seems to be shaping up nicely; it's such a shame that Spark ruins the entire mood of the episode.

The plot is set for Spark to be the main character and hopefully redeem himself, but once again, he ends up being rather hasty. There's not really much thought put into why he's chosen, except for the fact that Parn and the King seem to favour him... However, the plot is set up well enough to keep you invested.

Decent episode, there's a ten-year gap from the last time we've seen our characters, and they look like they're doing quite well. Spark in particular looks like he's going to become a main character; his hotheadedness is a bit concerning, however.

Felt a little anticlimactic after all the hype and build-up to the characters for about eight episodes. Deed was the MVP in my opinion, but honestly, I wish this had ended in a better-written way. I preferred the previous episode when it came to the action part of the episode; this one just lacked in both action and plot.
