This episode is kind of frustrating. The pacing is finally tired from running a sprint, and has slowed down a bit. The heavy tone here, is accompanied by some good animation, which opened a path for some romantic character development.

The political side here is more heavy. Not a flashy episode, but the political maneuvering is starting to become the main point.
