I could really feel Subaru's helplessness and emotional turmoil with the sequence in this episode! Not only did the repetition of his thoughts help emphasize it very well, but his whole emotional journey until now feels done right. He's a very flawed but likeable character..

Although the MC's emotional development so far was amazing, the rollercoaster stops there. the plot progression of the MC feels stunted if anything. Like he makes little progress despite going through so much. Even though it's realistic, it feels like I'm just as tired watching
