EPISODE REVIEWS

This episode feels like a reunion of the mansion cast while introducing a new character. I love the way they drop hints on to what's possibly a major plot point in this arc and how they introduced a new setting in the story.

Episode Context

Episode 2 follows the intense Season 2 premiere that addressed the fallout from the White Whale battle and Witch Cult confrontation, pivoting the narrative away from resolution and toward the new mysteries that will define this season. It functions as a critical setup episode, introducing key elements and characters that catalyze the journey toward the Sanctuary, the central location driving much of the season's conflict. The deliberate groundwork here pays off in the episodes that follow as the story's complexity escalates significantly.
