This episode starter pace kinda slow but not in bad way. The first ten minutes leaned heavily on the exact same joke. It dragged a tiny bit before the other storyline took over. It's incredibly strong episode. It managed to keep the central twist genuinely hidden until the climax. I effects and theme are well done.
Valentine's day brings the best in this show's writing. The pacing is snappy as they navigate the anxiety of chocolate giving. The tone balances romance tropes with dark humour. It provides stellar character development for the entire friend group, showing the depth of their bond.
What an emotional, heartbreaking, yet touching episode. 🥹 It's Valentine's Day and Hibiki is making chocolates for someone, but turns out there's more to the story. This really makes you realize how love persists even after death. I literally just cried last episode, and now it's hitting me in the feels again. 😭
