Another fantastic ending to the current arc. This anime never misses when it comes to delivering the climax of each storyline, and once again, it gave this arc a satisfying conclusion. The season's final overarching arc has also been set up wonderfully through all the previous episodes, making me excited to see how everything comes together.
This episode nails the emotional messiness that Bunny Girl Senpai does so well. The focus stays on complicated feelings, acceptance, and growing up rather than easy resolutions. Mai is especially great here, and the final stretch leaves a lingering sense of unease that is hard to shake.
This episode turned out to be better than expected for Himeji's conclusion. Didn't hit as hard as many other encounters, but it was done well. Even if Himeji appeared randomly (mostly), she was still made for some pretty interesting interactions that are only possible with Sakuta. And Mai is Mai, always great on screen.
