We get the climax for what the last episode was building towards - that, of course, being the fight and confrontation between Ryoga and Ranma. Of course, I was rooting for Ranma, but I do think the effort both boys put in during their preparations was ridiculous admirable (as well as riiculous, full stop). The fight was by far the highlight of the episode; the way it was choreographed, animated, the variety of camera angles, everything about it was really fun to watch. Unfortunately, the things surrounding the fight felt a little bit on the duller side but was still enjoyable at the end of the day. Let's hope for some more Akane x Ranma moments soon, because, God, do I love them together.
