If I were in Gigan's place I would also do it, I would rather betray my allies than be a traitor to my own kind. An episode showing a grim past of Gigan, Desha, Despa and the Captain(?). I thought Desha was a no-good rascal but he does have redeemable factors as a king.

In this episode we learn that Desha is really good king, he really know what need to do and how things work, he is not an ego king like what i imagine, and i really curious what will happen if Desha really fights against bosse

This episode explains that there are no pure villains in this show. Everyone is broken by war and curses. It sets up the big final mystery. how can Bojji save a kingdom where everyone is suffering?

A quieter episode that slows down to actually think about what the show has been saying this whole time. The thematic depth here is real, multiple characters grappling with the same question from completely different angles. Not action-forward at all so skip if you need momentum

Damn, a story of tragedy and despair. This episode hits hard in the feels. Even man tears were shed. I bet Kage wasn't prepared for a grown man to express that much gratitude to him. Looks like Boji is having a hard time letting go of the past though. Mahn... Ig we're picking up.

This episode leans more on emotion than action, and it works because it feels earned. The pacing is slower, but it lets the relationships breathe properly. 🥺

The atmosphere is heavy this episode as some heartbreaking past are shown. We got to see some character development & depth, especially from Desha. The plot continues with new mission for them, to fight Boss & Milanjo.

This episode made me smile a lot. This is exactly what this anime is about: intense emotions, goodness to a fault and empathetic people. There's a lot of moral issues here and we also see how forgiveness can be healing. Boji has a heart of gold and he makes great friends.
