This was a great final episode. Everything was wrapped up perfectly, and everyone got the ending they deserved. Tears and smiles all around. It was extremely satisfying and a fantastic end to this series.

Finalnya lebih emosional daripada yang kubayangkan 😭😭 Bukan action atau unsur supernaturalnya yang paling menonjol, tapi Yakumo sebagai karakter. Setelah lihat semua yang dia alami sepanjang season, rasanya memang cocok kalau penutupnya lebih fokus ke sisi itu. Overall misterinya kadang hit or miss, tapi Yakumo dan Haruka berhasil bikin aku betah sampai akhir.

Not gonna lie, I did teared up a bit. There's meaning to the open-ended conclusion of Yakumo's father (though also it made me interested about the novel) once his objective is revealed and made everything make sense. He made such a good villain in the way, as a ghost, he cannot commit crime but instead push people into committing one is such a great commentary of his role in the narrative. Yakumo's story ended with him surrounded with people emphasize how he lives a different life compared to his past as well as his growth, and I love how it takes its time in allowing Yakumo to process his emotions.
