Yakumo dari awal udah punya aura misterius banget, apalagi dengan mata dan sifatnya yang dingin begitu 😅 Interaksinya sama Haruka juga lumayan menghibur karena jelas banget mereka punya kepribadian yang bertolak belakang. Untuk episode pembuka, kasusnya cukup creepy dan langsung nunjukin kalau anime ini kayaknya bakal lebih gelap dari yang kukira.

This was a strong first episode, with good character introductions and a visually pleasing art style. The story itself was somewhat unoriginal, but not unentertaining. The pacing felt a little rushed, which made the ending lack emotional weight. Pretty good, not spectacular.

For a first episode this is a great hook. I like how Haruka isn't gullible and has a sharp observation, but whether she continues to be that is gonna be question. The pacing and visual is so good at setting the horror atmosphere without making it a gore, simply unsettling. It brought enough clues to the narrative that the audience can figure them out on their own. A show that allows you to question if the case is supernatural or not is certainly a plus. Plus, Haruka and Yakumo's starting dynamic ended with such wholesome note that betrays the tragic situation between them.
