Promare has every good thing Trigger has to offer: amazing visuals, great characters and (this is really important) GOOD direction. I wish they did more movies like this, also, if you liked Tengen Toppa Gurrenn Lagann definitely watch this, you're in for a treat!
This movie blew my mind with the action. It was a lot and the story was pretty fun to see. This is a wild ride and meant to be watched if you’re a fan of action and don’t mind it a lot.
Promare is Studio Trigger going absolutely feral—neon flames, spinning camera, zero chill. It’s loud, messy, and all gas no brakes, but somehow it lands. Hiroyuki Imaishi said “subtlety is optional” and just went OFF.
