Princess Lover! OVA
Oshimeter
Synopsis
When a car accident takes Teppei Arima's parents, it hands him an entirely different life — turns out his grandfather runs one of the most powerful financial empires in Japan, and now Teppei is the heir. One day he's a regular guy, the next he's enrolled in an elite academy surrounded by European nobility, princesses, and women who could probably buy entire countries. It's a jarring shift, and the story leans into that awkward adaptation as Teppei finds himself drawn to Sylvia van Hossen, a fencing noblewoman with serious composure, and Charlotte Hazelrink, a princess who's considerably more cheerful about the whole aristocracy thing. The two-episode OVA skips the slow build and gets straight to the relationships, so if you're looking for a gradual romance arc, this isn't that. The high-society backdrop gives it a distinct visual texture — lots of formal wear, grand estates, that kind of opulence — which separates it from the typical school setting. If you've watched To Love-Ru or High School DxD and wanted something with a slightly more polished, aristocratic aesthetic, this scratches a similar itch. It's adapted from a visual novel, so the character dynamics feel fairly grounded compared to wilder harem premises. Short commitment at two episodes, and it does exactly what it sets out to do without much pretense about being anything else.
