📖 SYNOPSIS
"Prayers" is set in 2014 in Shibuya, now an independent nation populated solely by young people. The city is a place of chaos, with essential resources like electricity, water, and food delivered via a network of aerial pipelines, visually resembling a cobweb trapping its inhabitants. Within this environment, a unique form of combat has emerged. Individuals known as "Prayers" engage in musical battles, transforming their music into electric signals. These signals are then injected into their opponents' brains, with the goal of destroying their minds and bodies. The "Prayers" earn money through these battles, navigating the harsh realities of survival in this isolated and unconventional city. The series explores themes of survival, youth, and the use of art as a weapon.
