On his way home from the UWB, Jino's Watch Car, Bluewill, is kidnapped, but eventually recovered. Determined to uncover the truth behind the league's dark reputation, Jino decides to hide his identity. He and Bluewill, now disguised as Bluethunder, enter the UWB, aiming to expose a hidden scheme.
