Did I pick the wrong anime? Oh, okay, that was a joke. Well, this is a complex anime to review. And that's coming from someone who enjoys random humor like Excel Saga or Koni-chan. However, in this case, it's all very random, and you need a very specific mindset to appreciate it. I must say, though, that the different animation techniques are quite interesting to watch. Some of the references are actually quite good.
