EPISODE REVIEWS

Sailou understand what is important for her

Episode Context

After Episode 1's 'Letter' established the emotional stakes and introduced the Galar region's world through a more personal lens, 'Training' pivots to the competitive side of that world, grounding the series in the physical and mental toll of pursuing excellence. As the second of only seven episodes, it lays critical thematic groundwork, the dedication and sacrifice explored here will inform the character arcs and conflicts that escalate across the remaining installments.
