Episode Context

Sitting at episode 77 of 93, this lands in XY's latter stretch and directly continues the Noibat development thread introduced in 'The Wind, the Egg and Onbat!' where Ash's Noibat hatched and began learning to fly. This relay challenge serves as a meaningful benchmark for Noibat's progress before the series shifts gears into lighter fare with the next episode, 'Lights! Camera! Pika!', keeping the Kalos journey varied as it approaches its final act.
