Episode Context

Sitting at episode 62 of 93, this lands firmly in XY's back half where character development episodes carry more weight heading toward the Kalos League. It follows a wilderness-set challenge in episode 61 and pivots into infrastructure-level stakes at the Kalos Power Plant, giving Clemont meaningful growth that feeds into his trajectory for subsequent episodes. This stretch of the season balances gym battle buildup with these standalone character showcases that deepen the team's bonds.
