Briar dropping all that lore about the eighteen types and the six heroes makes the mission feel so much bigger now

Episode Context

This episode directly follows Episode 118's focus on Liko and Hattrem's bond, creating a deliberate parallel by shifting the spotlight to Roy's personal resolve and his relationship with his Pokémon partners. It serves as the second half of a character development pairing, ensuring both protagonists are emotionally prepared for what comes next. Episode 120 pivots to Dot and Penny on a secret mission, signaling a transition from individual growth arcs into collaborative, plot-driven territory.
