Yep full on FMA vibe when Pluto begged for Epsilon's help. RIP Epsilon, they did well building his character to be something we felt hard losing. I'm even getting Akame ga kill vibe the way all the characters slowly get killed off hahaha.

This episode feels heavy and emotional in a good way. It slowly builds tension and makes the danger feel more real. The pacing is quieter, but it works well because it gives the story more weight and atmosphere.
