Nonoka absolutely steals the spotlight here. Her rooftop challenge, baseball practice scenes, and awkward jealousy moments make the romance feel energetic and genuine, while the beach photo session adds some fun chaos to the mix.
This different route thing has a different feel to it. Right now, I want to watch all the other girls and see how happy they are, and I also want to see the wholesome side of this anime. This episode, where you see Nonoka being happy while training with Maeda, was also good to watch. The episode isn’t boring at all once you understand what kind of anime it is.
Episode 9 is super interesting cause focusing on the student council president Yunoki completely changes the vibe. I love how we get to see her highly organized, perfect facade dissolve when she is around Kazuya, and their secret cooking sessions feel incredibly cozy
