This is an engaging episode for me. I tried solving the logic puzzle, but it was hard for me without jotting things down. There are surprising revelations here, although it's something you might've suspected all along. One thing I admire is how they strengthened the world-building by showing what makes a good or bad puzzles, as well as the roles between a giver and a solver. I think the series is getting better.

It was great how Kaito and Gyamon stole the spotlight when it came to comedy, and how the comedic atmosphere in the episode definitely made it more entertaining. Apart from that, it is nice to see Kaito use his intelligence without relying on the Orpheus bracelet.

'That place' is doing a lot of emotional heavy lifting in those two words. The school festival setup is cheerful but the show can't stay cheerful for long and you feel it coming. Ana winning a contest without entering is legitimately one of the funniest moments of the season. But underneath the comedy is something real about Kaito's past and what certain places mean to him.
