Here is another pick-up line for the day, "Life is a puzzle. It is difficult and sad. It is the greatest joy to solve it." I like how they are incorporating lines that are relevant to the plot. I'm already halfway through the season, and it has been going well with each episode so far.

This is definitely a very intense episode, where the relationship between Kaito and Rook becomes a cause for conflict. The moods here is darker and more intense, the story continues to move at a fast pace, but also there is some actual emotion in it.

The title is a misdirect and intentionally so. A character who reads as surface level gets more dimension than you'd expect, and the puzzle this episode is built around mirrors that idea — what you see first isn't the real structure. The pacing drags slightly in the middle but the concept is solid. More of a setup episode than a satisfying standalone but it earns its place.
