This episode is a teamwork makes the dream work, and honestly, after the emotional intensity of the last few episodes, a lighter, more comedic entry is a welcome change. The focus is on the group's dynamic and their growth as friends. Glenda and Elmina butting heads is comedy gold. Beth's reluctance to participate is a reminder that she's still learning to trust and Cocoloo being the quiet heart of the group is a beautiful constant.
Watching them practice and banter all the time is so satisfying to watch, it is so funny. I'm also glad Beth is slowly interacting with them now. Something is bothering me about Beth. I do think her perspective and attitude were caused by what happened in her past. I also feel sad for Yucie. I like Ganbard's way of telling Yucie that. He didn't answer Yucie's question. Instead, he challenged it. The ending is a unexpected.
The girls together is just pure chaos. Glenda and Elmina having a fallout is not what I expected but of course, they can't resist each other and still talked it out. Beth also finally tried to open up to Cocoloo and is now finally in the team! I love girl friendships so much.
