Episode 17 is the Beth episode, we finally understand why she's so cold and distant the people of her own world let her down when she needed them most. The moment where Cocoloo is blown off the tree and Beth catches her is a turning point Beth wonders if it was her father who brought them all together . Cocoloo tries to convince Beth to come back to the academy, but Beth denies the request.
I think something is wrong right from the beginning. Their search for the Crystal Flower is an adventure and yet so funny. I agree with Elmina that that kind of thinking is very much like Glenda. I don't know why Beth was so hard with that fairy. I hate what Beth did at the end with Cocoloo. But I also know that she has a good heart.
Beth is still wary of them but I do understand that she is going through something which is why she is so closed off. Glenda on the other hand is hilarious. She is such a mood most of the time.
